Beverly Grove

Tucked into a pleasing corner of orderly streets in Beverly-Fairfax between Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, Beverly Grove is a culinary center of Los Angeles and home of some of its most popular attractions. A focal point of “anti-mansionization” in the early 2000s, it became known for its attractive houses and more reasonable prices. Today, it’s a place where the affluent and middle class alike live in harmony, sated by their proximity to some of the best restaurants in LA.

Culinary offerings include Nobu, Jar, and The Ivy. But an amazing meal isn’t the only reason to visit Beverly Grove and call it home. Beverly Grove is also the home of the Beverly Center, one of America’s most famous malls, as well as the trendy 3rd Street Shopping District and Cedars-Sinai, one of America’s most famous hospitals. The Grove shopping center features an animated fountain at the center of a lovely residential park.

Housing choices in Beverly Grove include Edinburgh Bungalow Court, a block of Spanish Colonial Revival homes that has been designated a Los Angeles historical monument. Other, Contemporary, and Modern homes with median prices just south of $2 million.

This diverse neighborhood, home to more singles than married couples, is also known for its proximity to nightlife. Residents tend to be highly-educated, older on average than the rest of central LA but young at heart. Nevertheless, the good schools, parks, and mix of urban/suburban atmosphere make it a great place for families. Its proximity to the affluence of Beverly Hills and the excitement of West Hollywood only add to the appeal.

Beverly Grove is that rarity of rarities in the affluent heart of LA—beautiful homes, reasonable prices, and fantastic amenities, with world-class shopping, dining, and lifestyle choices all at your fingertips.
