2020 was an eye-opening experience for all. We saw the world turned upside down seemingly overnight with “stay at home” orders issued with the sudden onset of a global pandemic.
As Angelinos remained home, mortgage rates hit historic lows and demand for quality homes spiked by upwards of 20% the remainder of the year.
Hilton and Hyland’s annual report details our accomplishments at the firm assisting domestic and international clients during a rapidly changing market. Hilton and Hyland Real Estate Maintains Market Share
In 2020, Hilton and Hyland maintained a 45% market share of local residential sales priced $20 million and above, a 29% market share of sales priced $10 million and above and a 23% market share of sales price $5 million and above respectfully.
This included the highest residential sale in the Beverly Hills Flats as well as numerous other Los Angeles neighborhoods including Century City, Los Feliz, Holmby Hills, Brentwood and Westlake Village.
Our firm closed the year with an impressive $3.5 Billion in annual sales volume, equating to $22 Million in annual sales volume per agent.

In 2020, Hilton and Hyland partnered with the world’s largest business brand to create a new luxury real estate marketing platform: Forbes Global Properties.
