Living In The Four Seasons

Residences Los Angeles

The first standalone Four Seasons residential building in the United States, Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles was developed by Genton Cockrum Partners, who was also behind several mixed use and multifamily developments throughout the United States. The project broke ground in 2017 and was completed in 2021 at a total cost of $300 million.
Designed by architectural firm CallisonRTKL, the building’s exterior combines Mid-Century Modern elements with all-glass walls, windows, and balcony barriers. Along Wetherly Drive, the structure is seen as a mid-rise tower, but on its eastern side along Almont Drive, the development’s townhomes dominate the facade.
Four Seasons Private Residences was created around the theme of a “connected lifestyle.” With the tower’s central location, the best and most loved destinations in Los Angeles are within easy reach.
